Once a component leaves the tool, the same site can trim, machine, join and build it into the final product, so contract assembly and sub-assembly sit alongside injection and blow moulding under one roof.
The work spans hand-built short runs, where operators trim and fit by hand, through to high-volume automated post-operation and assembly for larger programmes, and on to a fully packaged product ready for despatch. Both electronic and mechanical components are assembled, and new or existing blow and injection parts can be post-machined as part of the same build.
Intricate devices are assembled here too, with the work controlled on site in the UK. Because the parts and the assembly share a single supplier, tolerances and fit are resolved between moulding and build directly, without passing a problem between two companies.
