As an aerospace component manufacturer, we mould aerospace plastic components, housings and assemblies to an ISO 9001 quality system, keep the whole process in the UK with no offshoring, and carry material traceability through every batch. Test-ready builds in representative materials so you can validate form, fit and function against programme requirements ahead of qualification.
Repeatable production runs sized to the programme, precision-moulded components made to spec, with batch records and material traceability behind every part.
As demand grows, the same UK team scales the process with you, from bridge tooling through to full production, on the same tooling and without changing supplier.
