How It Works
Starting a project with us is straightforward. Here's what happens from the first enquiry.
Get StartedSend us your idea, a sketch, a CAD file, or a sample. If you only have a concept, our in-house CAD studio can take it from there.
Our engineers check the design for fit, function and how it's best made, and come back to you with input on materials and approach. Once the design and any tooling are finalised, we confirm your cost and a fixed lead time up front, before work begins. You talk to the people doing the work, not a sales desk.
Depending on what you need to prove, we 3D print it, machine it from billet, or cut prototype tooling, whatever gets a real part in your hands fastest. We can also build fully functional assemblies, integrating internal electronics, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
Hold the part, test it, tell us what needs to change. Changes at this stage are quick and cheap, so we iterate until the design is right.
